Estelita fue fundada por Katherine en honor a su abuela, María Estela Altamirano Molina, una querida educadora de Estelí. Inspirada por su legado, Katherine cree en el potencial único de cada estudiante y se dedica a crear oportunidades para que brillen con su propia luz.
Estelita was founded by Katherine in honor of her grandmother, María Estela Altamirano Molina, a beloved educator from Estelí. Inspired by her legacy, Katherine believes in each student’s unique potential and is dedicated to creating opportunities for them to shine in their own way.
Katherine Huete es una educadora comprometida con más de 10 años de experiencia apoyando a estudiantes con discapacidades. Con una licenciatura en Psicología y dos maestrías en Educación Especial y Liderazgo Docente en Lenguaje Dual, ha dedicado su carrera a la equidad educativa. Fundó Estelita para brindar tutorías inclusivas y personalizadas que permitan a cada estudiante alcanzar su máximo potencial.
Katherine Huete is a dedicated educator with over 10 years of experience supporting students with disabilities. She holds a degree in Psychology and two master’s degrees—one in Special Education and another in Dual Language Teacher Leadership. Driven by her commitment to educational equity, she founded Estelita to offer inclusive, personalized tutoring that empowers every student to reach their full potential.
